We need one more volunteer to help with 80M SSB on Saturday throughout the Day. Possibly one of the GOTA Station people could help here.
Food Trailer will be picked up by Dale<ref>Possibly meaning [[User:Dale Sackfie, VE3LVW|Dale Sackfie, VE3LVW]].</ref>, and I will pick-up the food for dinner on Saturday. Everyone is reminded that you must provide all of your own equipment for this event. That includes Gas / Oil for your Generators.

The Club has limited equipment for this event, and at this time I did not have any requests for the following Club items;
* 2 10x10 Tents
* 3-4 Tables
* 4-6 Chairs
* R7 Antenna
* GFI Power Cords.

Logging software can be downloaded from this website [http://www.n3fjp.com/ N3FJP Amateur Radio Software] and all you need to do is obtain the club serial number from [[User:Clayton Mattatall, VE3AUO.|Clayton Mattatall, VE3AUO]] or you can use you own favorite logging software.
