All of the work of documenting the club history during the first years was done by club member Jim Thompson.

I am now the club historian as Jim has retired from the job after writing his book "Niagara Peninsula Amateur Radio Club, VE3VM, 1948 to 2008". I am doing my best to collect information about the club from 2008 forward. My issue is I didn't join the club until 2011-2012. Nothing was really being saved, or documented at that time. I became a member of the Board of Directors shortly after joining and immediately attempted to establish an electronic library for the club for filing club data and documents. The software I implemented was OpenKM and it has worked wonderfully until my resignation as the head of NPARC 'IT'. At that point the 'IT Committee' decided to scrap the OpenKM document library and to use a flat-file system on Google® Drive. I voiced my major objection to this decision but was overruled by the others.
